West Palm Beach VR Sales App

The West Palm Beach VR Sales App is an immersive virtual-tour experience designed to help users explore realistic environments before construction began. Built with React, Three.js, Next.js, and a Payload CMS content system, the viewer lets users move through 360° scenes, navigate between spaces, and experience properties through a polished spatial interface across desktop and VR.

My work focused on building the core interaction and rendering framework: scene navigation, waypoint transitions, stereoscopic 360 viewing, deep-linked scene loading, hand/raycast interactions, and the content structure powering the experience. I also developed the visual language for the interface, including liquid-glass-inspired menus, iconography, and WebGL-based UI treatments that made the experience feel more like a branded immersive product than a standard virtual tour.
